I got the corner pieces of the GoMo gate painted up https://i.imgur.com/U0gX1lJ.jpg https://i.imgur.com/aBjcxIQ.jpg And the handbow Diggachick done (well enough) Warning to all, do NOT dullcote your figures on damp, cold days (like toda...

If you’re gap filling, milliput is absolutely the way to go. Its water-solubility makes it so easy to smooth out onto the base surfaces.
It sands and scrapes real nice, too.

Re: Let's have a GW rumors and sneak peeks thread!

Is it wrong that I want to buy Ghaz just so I can convert him into something else? Kitbashing is inherently Orky. It is so wrong it's right! Waaaaaagh! Assuming it will still count as an Ork when you are finished. Some hits and misses in that Flamin' Warcry warband. I imagine their war-cr...

Speaking of, if anyone wants to buy or trade for 4 Myrmourne Banshees, let me know. I have some from Underworlds and certainly don't need 8. They're very nice models if you like spooky ghoses!
I need some spooky ghosts! Boo!

Re: The Golden Age of TV. So, what are you watching?

I quite enjoyed ep 1 of Picard. A TV show about an old dude walking his dog in rural France is just what I need at the mo  (Actually, it is a pretty good show, so far.) Re. Discovery. Interestingly (perhaps?) I don't generally like Trek stuff very much. Growing up in the 80s/90s/2000s I certai...

Re: What did you do today.

And there we go. Got the gate painted. I am going to go back and play with some weathering powder later, (if I can escape quarantine and get to Joshin). Pretty happy with it. Needs more skulls, of course, and I might add some banners and tattered flags and things later. I really never planned on doi...

Re: What did you do today.

@Dave- Stuntie power! Look at the crest and plumes on those guys. Suck it panzeez! As any proper pointy-eared topknot-bearer knows, those are not proper crests or plumes, due to the measurable lack of swoosh. Those beards, however, are glorious. Curious as to what the units swoosh is measured...

Re: What did you do today.

Got the first layer of rust on the fort. I'll go back and highlight and dry-brush bits and details that are getting lost in the wash. Really want to get some pigment and see what I can do with that. https://i.imgur.com/VW0xje9.jpg And sorry about the picture quality. I'm experimenting with lighting ...

Re: Basilisks

I'll take those for my guard-playing friend, thanks Konrad! That was easy. I should have asked for more. I'll bring them next game day. Assuming my wife will let me out of the house, the event is not cancelled, the bunka center is not closed, or the city/prefecture/nation is not locked do...
