Sure go ahead. I'll add it to the poll too.
Gauntlet 2.0
Re: Gauntlet 2.0
Thanks!

Some Evil Sunz Ork Boyz!
Not the best paint job ever as I actually wanted to try "speed" painting them, so I left a lot of highlighting and details out. Still, not the worst for a week's painting.

Re: Gauntlet 2.0
I updated the poll.
If you've already voted but want to change your vote, go ahead and just vote again and I'll only count the most recent vote.
@Matt, Speed painting is definitely the way to go with regular boyz if you want to get an army done in a realistic timeframe, however its always hard to resist working on all the details, especially if its your first time painting that specific model/unit. I love the double slugga boy. Orks obviously need a gunslinger model to compete with the gunslingers from other factions.

Re: Gauntlet 2.0
Voting for the first round is still going to be open till the 23rd but I'd like to announce the theme for the next round, which is...
Ride eternal, shiny and chrome
Since 2 months seemed to be a bit too long, I'd like to try a shorter period of 1 month for this round so I'm going to set the deadline to Feb-21.
Also since the theme for this round sounds a bit more restrictive, I'm not going to bother defining it any further and I'm also not going to set any other guidelines.
We can just leave "How well it fits the theme" as one of the factors people can think about when voting on a submission.
With that being said, anything painted between today and the end of Feb-21 is a valid submission and everyone on the forum is free to participate.
edit: Almost forgot to mention it but since I didn't explicitly say anything about it last time, this time I'd like to limit it to one entry per person. There is no model count limit this time though.

I'm sure your friend won't mind if you sneak a mad max mini or two into your painting queue.
Or just do some post-apocalyptic AWI?

Re: Gauntlet 2.0
Since no one else seems to be voting anyway I'm going to end the voting period for the first round.
The results are:
1st - Karantu - 16pts
2nd - Jus - 12pts
3rd - Primarch(Iron Warriors) - 11pts
4th - Jye - 3pts
4th - Matt - 3pts
And here's how the votes were divided:

Anyway good luck to everyone on the next round, I hope we get more submission and voters this time. I'm personally looking forward to seeing what everyone picks and how they end up painting them.
