Me and my girlfriend are taking turns doing playthroughs of Detroit: Become Human since it only allows one save file at a time. I just finished a run, so it's her turn now. Back to painting!

I got a few goodies in the mail, but I won't be doing anything with them until I finish painting my troops (which I am making progress on).

Some proxies for 40k crusaders and heads to feminize them.
I also picked up the reporter from statuesque minis as an impulse buy. I think she could make for a good objective marker.

Probably smells like a fresh, dewy morning in the forest anyways.
Pretty paint jobs. Like that demon too. Arabian something-or-another would be a fun project.
Got a bit of work done on a secret conversion project. Sort of a slow start, but getting my puttying rhythm back after taking a short break. That Rat-Ogre wiped me out!
Was in Osu the other day, picked up some paint (and dice even!) and saw the big-pretty GW rack at Joshin. It's like 2x3 times as big as the one at Yellow Submarine.
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

I put together the main subassemblies of a couple Armiger Helverins this evening - nice kits. And it's really a steal that they're 10,000 yen the pair - only a little bit more than a single Redemptor, which they rival in size, if not in bulk. Hopefully the nice weather will hold til tomorrow night so I can prime them up. Now I just have to promise myself not to order a box of Warglaives 'til they're painted. :D

@All - Nice work all round guys.

I have done nothing hobby related for about a week now. Between extra housework (my better half is working a lot of overtime), town work from the Kumicho position, and general lethargy from the rising heat, I haven't had any motivation or time to paint recently.
Truth be told, I've been feeling a little ennui about the whole hobby thing for a while. I have more than enough painted models to play anything I'd like to, but no time to play. I still have tonnes of minis to assemble and paint, but it's hard to feel any kind of excitement when I know they'll probably languish in a box somewhere once they are done. I really need to figure out how to increase my gaming time...

We all get in slumps! Honestly, if anyone deserves a hobby break it's you - your hobby output has been off the charts for years by any measure.

Definitely agree about wishing there were just more opportunities to game, though. Social media is making me all jealous of people in Tokyo and Osaka who have actual hobby shops with tables and open play (relatively) nearby.
