Data sheet for Intercessors:

Similar things happened to Hellblasters too - cheaper, and they get analogous weapon options: a slightly less powerful Assault version, the regular version, and a slightly more powerful Heavy version (which is 36" heavy 1 S 8, overchargeable to 9, verra nice). Inceptors got a price boost, and Aggressors (the dudes with what we thought were missiles but turned out to be grenades on their backs) turned out to be a short-range anti-infantry unit, rather than something that intrudes on Devastator or Centurion design space. It seems like they're (thankfully) not making Primaris units things that will replace existing smallmarine units, but focusing them pretty strongly on short-to mid-range AP options. So far, of course.
