Re: June 2024 Nagoya Games Day - 6/23 at e-able

Hi all, The March Nagoya games day will be Sunday, March 24th, back at e-able with its nice big rooms, in Meeting Room 4. As usual we'll have the room from 9 to 4:30, and it'll cost 500 yen for the day if you play any games, and nothing if you just come to visit. I don't have anything planned ATM, ...

Re: Legionary Games Day.

Ash! Good to see you are still getting your geek on. Terrain...I just gave away a box of it. And was going through the Frostgrave rulebook last night and looking at all the special terrain bits you can use in the various scenarios, frozen fountains, mausoleum, pyramid with weird-ass statue on top.....

Re: What did you do today.

Great work with all the painting guys. I've had precious little painting time since NH and will have on business trips for a good chunk of June (I will lose 3 weekends in a row to travelling...). Did a little work on my marines from Strike Force Justian (the blind box Kill Team set). I'll get some p...

Cool looking event. That MDF terrain store would bankrupt me before I even got to the Warlord stand.

Re: The Golden Age of TV. So, what are you watching?

Anyone else watch "Fallout"? I am not a video game guy, so I have no experience with out outside of the drama. But it is really, really good! The setting is a (delightful?) retro-future 1950's American -dream, complete with big-thick black and white TVs, Red-scare politics, cars with tailfins, and ...

Thanks for a great time everyone, both rolling dice and excellent company.

Huge thanks to @Primarch for organising and the massive effort producing terrain.

Very proud of myself for only spending 33% of the "anything but 40k" day playing 40k.
@Jye how did the multiplayer combat patrol go?

Re: NagoyaHammer 2024 Retrospective

Thanks Prim for the all the hard work - it was a great event. I think we should have an organizing committee as suggested above to 'spread the load' for future events.
