Re: December Nagoya Games Day: 12/17 at e-able

I will try and make it this time for some 40K! Will hopefully by then bring my half to mostly painted Tyranids, and some terrain too, if needed!

Some beautiful models in this thread!

Got a bit of priming done when I was back in Ireland!

Re: April Nagoya Games Day - 4/30 at e-able Nagoya

Good evening all,

I should be able to make it on Sunday. Up for usual 40K business, if anyone is free. Will also bring usual terrain and accessories!

Re: November Games Day: 11/27 at e-able Nagoya

Thanks everyone for the games today, it was a pleasure meeting everyone!

My Necrons fared okay in the first game against something of a zombie horde. However, my Orcs were basically Cannon fodder in my other game!

Thanks again and I hope to make the next session in December!

Re: November Games Day: 11/27 at e-able Nagoya

Hi everyone! Recently joined this forum and looking forward to turning up later this morning. Haven't played or transported 40K for a good number of years now but hopefully my 25 - 50PL Necrons and smaller Ork force will handle the trip! Will also bring a few terrain items if anyone wants to use! Th...

Re: Welcome

Awesome! Yes I know that feeling and I too have far too many armies  It's actually a lot of fun to play different armies and it gives you options if a given faction is too weak or too strong in the meta; I'd still suggest trying to focus a little bit when you're still learning the core game as...

Re: Welcome

I would suggest a 25PL list and optionally a 50PL list (that's roughly 500pts/1000pts, I think PL is easier for your first few games but it's much of a muchness outside a few edge cases). Playing a few 25PL games is ideal to get up to speed, they're pretty fast and will bed down the core concepts q...

Re: Welcome

Hi! Thank you for the information, very helpful! Earlier is better for me so I will try first thing and see how it goes! That all sounds great. I have had hardly any practice with 9th edition so anything for me would be good! Do you recommend preparing anything, such as a army list with points etc.....

Re: Welcome

Great, thank you Primarch for the reply!

I think I will try and pop in this Sunday. Just have to think of a way to transport some of my stuff now!

Thanks again!

Re: Welcome

Hi everyone! I have got back into 40K recently after a long period out of it and went a bit crazy buying a few things earlier this year. I have been steadily painting and I would like to try and get back into the gaming side of things! I am a bit rusty! I noticed there is a monthly meetup session. C...
