Just to check, the venue is the same 市民会館 as usual, right? Because the links in the OP point to the performing arts center in Higashi-ku. I updated the links. It looks like the hall is no longer part of the city network and got bumped from the website. The new link should show the correct venue now...

Those plague monks are great, the smoke clouds look particularly noxious.
