Bit of an update here.

The last Saga rulebook was ordered today (finally), so it should be on it's way soon.
I chased up 4Ground on the bases as I hadn't heard anything from them beyond a notification from their 3rd party credit card processor saying thanks for the money. They replied with an apology saying that everything should be leaving their factory that day, (Tuesday).
With any luck everything should be here next week, just in time for NagoyaHammer. :D
Then we'll need to start assembling and painting a mighty horde of Norse raiders and stalwart Saxons.

#edit# - Well, unlike 4Ground who spent 3 weeks sitting on my order, Firestorm have processed and dispatched the order for the final Saga rulebook (and some Saxon Monks  ) in just a few hours.

So... The bases from 4Ground should be getting delivered between 6 and 9 on Thursday by DHL. I don't get home until 6:30 so fingers crossed I can get them on Thursday. If not I'll try to reschedule for Friday or Saturday.

I've done some calculations and worked out the cost of the orders.
Komura ordered bases only.
Koji and ToD ordered 1 box each of Vikings and Dark Age Warriors, plus bases.
Pikey and Justin ordered the same, plus a rulebook and a set of Dice.
Krobrawlg ordered the same as Pikey and Justin, plus the Hail Caesar rules (and some warlord minis).

The Saxons, Vikings and Dark Age Warriors are all: £19.50 per box (RRP £22.00)
4 Sets of bases, enough for all your minis are: £6.32
The Saga Rulebook is: £22.50 (RRP £25.00)
The Saga Dice are: £10.80 (RRP £12.00)
The Hail Caesar Rules are: £30.00, (no discount, but a free box of minis).

By my math, Komura owes £6.32
Koji and ToD owe £45.32
Pikey and Justin owe £78.62
and Krobrawlg owes £108.62

When I purchased everything, my bank gave me an exchange rate of 143 yen to the pound, which translates to:
Komura - 900 Yen
Koji and ToD - 6480 Yen
Pikey and Justin - 11240 Yen
Krobrawlg - 15530 Yen

If you could bring the money to the second day of NagoyaHammer, it would be much appreciated. :D

Just a question about unit sizes: Are we going to say 8=small 16=Medium 24=Large? Just wondering

Yes, that fits in nicely with the movement trays.
