My order of GBP product arrived from Ringtail yesterday except Saxon dice set.
So, I'm going to construct and paint them. My priority will be units for SAGA game.
They will be available in July gaming event. I'll construct them as follows.

Warlord 1 pcs. He wield sword, shield or spear with mantel.
Elite warrior 4 pcs. They wield sword and spear with shield.
Regular warrior 16 pcs. They wield sword and spear with shield.
Levy 12 pcs. They bear bow.

Let me know your thought for above mentioned.

That should be fine for a 4 point warband. I'd suggest doing something to make your elite warriors and regular warriors look different. Maybe paint the shields in a different pattern or give them slightly different equipment?

Good morning. I've finished assembling my archer and the warriors are on half way.
I'm going to build my Saxon army for Heil Caesar game as follows.
1 small unit of 8 Heavy infantry. They wield single hand axe and shield.
2 units of 16 Medium infantry. They wield spear and shield.
2 units of 16 Light infantry. They are archer.
1 Warlord. He wield sword and shield.
Compared than your recommendation, my army lacks 1 unit due to the archer kit has 30 pieces only.
Is it acceptable? Let me know your thoughts.
