I've painted half of medium armored warriors and almost of archer.
But I'm going to assemble and paint U.S. armored vehicles for Normandy.
Also I'm still busy for local community work. So, starting at October is fine for me.

Some minis I painted to use as table dressing.

4 Saxon Monks determined to protect the church.

Some Monks parading the cross to boost the morale of the common folk. Of course, when the Vikings are in town, they have to parade it pretty fast.

The local bishop explains how tall Vikings really are.

"Believe me,it will a tremendous wall. That I can tell you. I think I've made alot of sacrifices, I work very very hard."

Haha. You know while I coukd never conceivably get into world war 2 or napoleonic era games. I wouldn't mind at least having a go at medieval stuff. I like the guy wait the cross and the monks! Who makes them? ( On a side note, with some conversion and skills they would make awesome chapter serfs)

@Jus - The minis are all by Gripping Beast. Some of them are quite nice (the preaching guys are great), others are vaguely humanoid lumps of lead. They would look tiny next to marines, so would work well as Serfs. Add some cybernetics and what have you and they would fit in quite nicely to a diorama.

We now have a date for Fulford.

The usual NagoyaHammer Venue in Kanayama (the smaller room, obviously) has been reserved for Saturday the 31st of March 2018.

So sharpen your axes, grow out your beards and prepare yourself to enter heaven/valhalla!

Yes, actually Joshin had one ages ago, long before we started this project. They're from a company called Revell I believe. It looks like a nice kit, though I'm not sure how you would go about waterlining it. You could always have it pulled up on the river banks. :D

I notice that Warlord now have a range of Vikings, with more stuff to be released for Saxons as well. Coincidence?

@Primarch

Thank you for organizing Fulford event in next March.
