A collaborative historical project - The Decision

With the discussion thread seeming to have run its course, it is time to make a decision. None of this is legally binding, no-one will put a gun to your head and force you to play if you do not want to. However, if you are going to take the time to vote, it would be nice if you could make an effort to join in with the winning project even if you didn't vote for it. (#notmyproject  ) If this proves to be successful, there is no reason why we couldn't do the same again in the future.

As stated before the aim is to get as many people playing the same game as possible.
If you really don't want to buy/paint/play a particular period, you are of course more than welcome to set up your own little sub-project, such as the 6mm El Alamein game ToD and Pikey want to do.

Everyone gets 1 vote and you can vote for your own idea and change your vote if you wish. The poll will run for about a week. Once we have a winner, we can start discussing army lists, buying minis and painting them.

Let the voting commence.

Haha. On the other hand, since we seem to have just the 6 voters, I think I'll move it back to un-gridlock us a bit.

Only slightly less fun than a referendum on Europe, you only have a little over 1 day if you want to vote in this poll. :D

Well, thanks to the millions of illegals who voted (hey, it's still less rigged than Pikey's painting contest at NH16), the Dark Ages have won out as the choice for a collaborative project. For those of you who wanted to do something else, please don't feel that this is the end. There is the possibility of doing this again at some stage in the future and you can always try to do it yourself if you wish.
In the meantime, I'd like to encourage everyone to get onboard with the project chosen and take part if you can. There's no obligation, but it would be great if everyone could join in.

A new project thread will be popping up shortly.

Thank you to everyone who took part and especially to Job for lobbying for the idea. (Though I guess Job was one of the Sengoku voters based on the prior thread. No hard feelings I hope?)
