Images, NagoyaHammer and You

Hi all,
While NagoyaHammer might seem like a vast site of infinite possibilities, the same cannot be said of its ability to store pictures and data. As such, I ask that all files be hosted somewhere off-site. Is it convenient? No, not really, but in the interest of keeping this site free to use, it is important to keep the bulk of our data elsewhere.
You are of course free to choose your own Image Hosting Website or Service, but personally, I use Imgur. It has its issues, as do most Image Hosting services, but it gets the job done for the most part.
So, to help you, I have put together this quick and handy reference for using Imgur to host pictures and then display them here on NH.
First of all, you will need an Imgur account. This is free, which is one of the reasons I recommend them.
Go to Imgur and click on your username in the top right corner of the screen. Select the 'Post' option.
Then click on the New Post button in the middle of the next page.
After that, drag and drop your image files from your hard disk into the Imgur window.
Once your files are uploaded, you can click on the three little dots to get a link for the site. Choose the 'Get share links' option.
From the list of options, select the BBCode (Forums) option and click the Copy Link button. Then, move across to your post on NagoyaHammer and paste it in from your clipboard. You don't need to add anything to it, or change the size or format. It should be just the right size to fit on the screen.
