Your table allocation plan seems fine. I've posted it to Nagoya Games Day official bulletin board in Japanese, for Japanese players' reference. Yu-san and Rakuda-ya-san haven't confirmed their appearance so far.

Thank you for doing that. I hope that everyone who comes, gets to play some games. Of course, the plan can be changed if anyone wants to join in. The event is being run by Japanese players, so I dont want them to feel that we are telling them what to do. It seems to be mainly the members of this site who play games at Joshin every month and very often there are Japanese players just sitting around. If any of them want to play a game all they need to do is ask and any of us will be happy to play. The language barrier can be difficult, but even I understand あそびたいですか？ (though I obviously cant write it).
