All Analog Games Weekend October 20th and 21st.

It's a while off yet but we are still looking for gamers and GMs for the October gaming weekend.

So far scheduled games on Saturday 20th are: 40k 6th edition

Sunday 21st: Black Powder
Strange Aeons
Magic the Gathering
The One Ring (New RPG from Cubicle 7)
Settlers of Catan
Fury of Dracula

These games will be running in their respective rooms throughout the day with scheduled times. There are 4 gaming spaces: Wargames, cardgames, boardgames and rpg. Feel free to bring your own games. We have the space to have other things set up.

The event runs from noon until 21:00ish on Saturday, and from 9:00 until 19:00 on Sunday. The event schedule for each day has yet to be decided and depends almost entirely on you and what games you want to play/GM/facilitate. I will do what I can to match players

For responsible out of towners I can provide limited sleeping space (two sofa beds w/futons/sleeping bags) as well as a full bath and shower (Those looking for more comfort will find it at one of the nearby business hotels).

Cost is ¥500 per day to cover table rentals and other incidentals. Those who wish to sleep over are asked to pay a flat ¥2000, which will also include breakfast. Free coffee and tea will be available all weekend to all comers.

My house is located in the center of the city some 15-20 minutes walk from either Tsu or Tsu Shimmachi stations. We are only about five minutes walk to a grocery store, convenience store, and a few business hotels. More detailed directions will be given to confirmed attendees.

Quick update. we have a 4 by 6 table for war games room. Black Powder and 40k. 40k Saturday and Black Powder Sunday. War games will be morning and afternoon. Afternoon and evening is geared towards boardgames card games rpg etc.
So far I'm running a Reservoir Dogs Cthulhu scenario. Gamma world was mentioned and a darleks vs home guard ww2 skirmish minis game. If you would like to run something or just come along please pm Leslie as its his house on allanalog2012@gmail.com

I'm there on Sunday to play BP among other things. I think Ash and I have discussed playing BP before but Badruck if you are up for it too, maybe the three of us can play BP and be GMs for each other an come up with scenarios?
