I've updated the date and venue, as Morodomi-san has successfully reserved the venue.
It's a full-day event (the venue will be kept from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.) on 24th March!
I'm glad to see your interest in this event. I'll tell Morodomi-san that we could expect several veterans both English speaking and Japanese speaking from NagoyaHammer. I'll try my best to help him and fellas to make it exciting and entertaining.

I've talked with Morodomi-san and Ikeda-san (sponsoring the event) after Joshin games today.
We've discussed about some rules and setting of the games on March 24th.

• Important Correction: It's meant to be not a competitive tournament, but a friendly gathering from different clubs.
• Number of battle: 2 battles are scheduled. They want them to be played full 6 turns each. You can join free games if you have enough time after the battles. The venue will open at 10 a.m. and battles begin at 11 a.m. (Ikeda-san has the key for the venue and he's not an early bird )
• Scenario: All battles are Pitched Battles, to which all players are accustomed.
• Allies Level: Your teammate is your Suspicious Ally regardless of the combination of Armybooks (even if the teams belongs to the same armybook). Please assume that Ikeda-san, the Great Wizard of Town Crier summons your men for his dream tag matches and cast the spell to fog their memories.

Please feel free to give us suggestions for the points above and management of the event!
It would be better if we could have mini games for those who end their battles early. the Arena of Death for characters and/or monsters?

Speaking about playing with Japanese players, I'm preparing English-Japanese reference for Fantasy Battle game terms, as I did for 40K 5th Ed.
I've done the basics part (just before special rules) of the BRB, and Japanese players are surprised knowing that "呪い系スペル" is not Curse but Hex in English, for example.

If I can make a request for the Japanese-English information please, could you put the pronunciation of the Japanese next to the Kanji please? I want to try to learn the Japanese words, but I can't read most Kanji. ひらがな and カタカナ are both fine.
E.g. 日本語-ひらがな-English.
