Konrads Buddy here. Actually i have never played a warhammer tabletop! or a proper DnD affair either.
More of a pc kinda gamer- skyrim,civ,total war (which has a pretty good warhammer mod)
But im keen to try new things.
Yup, will probably take me about 30-40 min to ride there- I live in the next next town - Kawagoe which is between asahi and yokkaichi to the south of Kuwana.
9 am is early for a sunday for me , will probably get there around 10pm

Hi Brownybrown,
Great to hear you can make it. 10am is fine. The room is booked in increments which start at 9am, so I just throw it out there to see if anyone is that keen. Most people will come round that time too.

3 out of 4 of the Fellowship can't make it tomorrow so we will postpone the adventure for another time after golden week. Just to confirm no The One Ring game tomorrow folks.
Cheers.

I hope you can still come though. If you can, bring some board games you would like to play. I am sure you will be able to get Konrad and Brownybrown in on it.

Thanks for setting up early and having a game with me! Sorry about mixing up the choir's range - it did limit your options a bit more. I think it would have been tough for you regardless, as the mission favoured staying power (something the Examplar Errants excel at) and the Avatar impeded any assassination attempts - although you came pretty close to pulling it off!
Anyway thanks for organizing the event, it was fun - hopefully next time I can come down for longer.

Thanks for hosting, DL. Always a good time.
@Browny
Welcome to the grim dark future of the 40K universe. I feel bad about not letting you win, but in 40K all are doomed, doooooomed to die to the laughter of thirsting gods. I meant to lend you those books and magazines. The background story and setting make pretty interesting geek reading.

It was a good game and you won fair and square. The biggest problem I have is that I only have three warjacks and when i play Menoth 2 of them can't hurt what they are suppose to with those pesky choir boys around. So that's 12 points of scrap metal. I really need some different 'jacks.The Underdweller wrote:Thanks for setting up early and having a game with me! I was playing it through in my head, trying to figure out what I could have done differently and I came up with something. But I will keep it up my sleeve until next time
