I'm bringing Black Powder for the morning if you can s make it Rich?
Also strange aeons characters. Never played before though. Should I prepare anything like character stats?

@Ashmie, thunderbirds are go for Black Powder. I will bring army and some terrain if possible for that and Strange Aeons, the amount depends how much I can carry to the venue so any buildings and whatnot might be nice.
No need to worry about the SA stats, they are pretty much decided for you first game although you can upgrade them a bit. No need for heavy preparation. 3 investigator type figs are plenty for a first game. I can play the bad guys. Should be a larf.

A great day playing an epic Black Powder game. Thanks Phil for having us over, hope to make it again in the New Year. :) Strange Aeons is my priority next time.

Thanks to Dungeonlord for a hosting a great game day. Stooge and I played Gorkamorka. And even though my leader smacked his leader off a bike with a shovel, knocking out 6 of his teeth in the process (a serious injury for an Ork) Stooge did mangage to squeak out a win and snatch all the loot.
What was the name of that Zombie boardgame we played afterwards? Lots of gruesome fun.
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

@ Konrad, I think you played Zombiecide. I've seen that at a few events and am dying to play. It always looks like a lot of fun.
I like your idea to next play Black Powder with hats and Brandy. When I but a house I'll have to get started on that Napoleonic reading room  Weve decided to have a library all the family can use instead of a hobby room. It will be a library big enough for an rpg game and a board for miniature battles I might add. :)

A buddy of mine always joked about making a gaming club called "The Armchair General". Big leather overstuffed chairs, brandy and cigars, jackets required.
A "hats and brandy" game of Diplomacy would be a hoot too.
I think a "library" will go down with the missus much better than a "hobby" room. Good call. ;)
