Regular (and irregular) events in the Nagoya area can be posted up here. If you want to get your gaming fix, this is the place to look first.

I've got the taste again after last weekend. The blood is up and I'm toying with the idea of how I can get to Nagoya Joshin for the morning to play Black Powder or fantasy. I know you are really full these days so I probably wont but I've got the hunger damn it.

A big nyahhh from Gloy and all praises to the venue. Sure it smells in summer sometimes but that is the heat of battle and bodies. Shigata nai. Where else can we find 5 wargames running at once.
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

Sorry guys, I wont be able to make it this month. My wife got a new job and this Sunday is her only day off this week.
@Koji - Looks like our Malifaux rematch will have to be rescheduled.
@All - Have a great time playing whichever games you play.

Really? You're going to dis on the place the Japanese guys so nicely arrange to rent out and offer us space and has remained the most consistent space and event in all of Chubu to go play war games?
It isn't a battle bunker, maybe but there are no battle bunkers in Nagoya/Chubu. (Does any part of Japan have one?) It is the venue where most of this forum goes to play games near every month or at some time. It is always welcoming and there are lots of nearby hobby stores along with the Town Cryer. I like Joshin.
Compared to a battle bunker I think my words are very acutate. I dont mind joshin except that they do not support the hobby. And they have very limited table space and we can't store terrain there. Other than that like MIJ says not too bad it is a room full of flat tables.

Oh, if you mean the store below, I agree they don't support us. I just mean the Japanese guys (Kondo and co.) who rent the room for us are the nicest guys for bearing us. They are the interminable support to us and the hobby.

I'm coming to Joshin in the morning.
I also love to play a farewell-5th-Ed. 40K game.
But, I should also have another tryout for new Empire armybook. If Koji can join I will gladly have a game with your TK.

@Asch: If you are free in the afternoon, would you like to have a game of 40K with me? If so, how many points would you like to play?

Yep, I love to. How about 1750 points? 1500 is a bit tight for GK.

@Asch: 1750pts? OK! That should be about 10 models, right?
