Indeed, my thanks to The Other Dave and Prim for the game of fantasy and 40k.

A fun, fluffy and close game of fantasy was had. Goblins and Elves were dying here there and everywhere. How a goblin managed to shoot a bolt thrower into the air with such accuracy to remove a hero from his Eagle is truly amazing and perhaps does warrant that little smelly fellow a fear inspiring nickname. Any ideas? The Trolls, however, need to eat a lot more filth for breakfast. The potency of their vomit was an affront to all good standing Trolls out there.

Thanks Dave! :)

A hard fought game of 40k, too. Genestealers! Nasty things! Nasty! Yes, Illic was over come by delusions of grandeur, or perhaps insane courage. I blame our games spectator who was urging him on. ;) ;) Dark Reapers = Shoot and things die. Dark Reapers = Very Expensive. D-Cannon, also very handy thing that. Imagine 3 of them  Strength 10 and it's distort.

Note to self - Letting a wave serpent be charged by genestealers = a very bad decision. Second note to self - Striking scorpions while good are not the bane of genestealers. ;) Third note to self - Poison weapons are very wicked and fiendish things wielded by even more devilish creatures ;)

The Eldar shuriken upgrade, blade storm, is a nice addition but as these games proved not by any means a game winner. Very nice addition though and can surprise your opponent.

40k is still a little tricky for me, but I am getting there. Thanks Prim it was great fun. :)

A very good game, yus! For some reason I'm imagining the goblins laughing 'till they cried at the sight of the treeman just drenched with bilious troll vomit - shame hoses haven't been invented yet, as he'll be no fun to be around for a good while. (Seriously, I think they puked on him for three straight turns. Stupid ward save.)
Feel free to call me Dave!
