Any games you guys decide on don't hesitate to bring them to this years games festival in Tsu. You are beyond more than welcome and I will be in attendance all day for gaming, laughs and beers. There is still space for anyone who wants to GM or demo a game. Wargames welcome.

It's March 9th for Crickhollow rpg and boardgames festival. I know there's been cancelations in the past that would have put you off but I had some health issues last year and wasn't myself. I took some time off from Japan work life and I 'm recovered now from my Ptsd. This year it is all booked and ready to go. 10 until 9.
Feel free to bring and play any games you like. This thread has convinced me its a good idea to throw it open to wargames also. You just need a mat and scenery. We have a room booked for 28 max so I'm thinking 4 to 5 tables available.
Yoroshiku. Beers after.
Remember its March 9th not Feb. Would be great to hang out again like ole times.
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

Seems like we have a lot of healthy interest for the Reciprocal Gaming Exchange, hopefully we'll see some fixtures and satisfied gamers in the coming months.
Your "I wanna play" and my "I wanna play" list share some similarities. Just got to find the time man.
You could use those Judge Dredd minis in Nu Ork no problem. I'd be willing to try the real deal Judge Dredd game too. American here, so not that familiar with it aside from a half dozen comics that found their way into my collection. That and the Block Mania board game, and ...well we won't mention the unmentionable film. Be fun to get in a Strange Aeons game too. Give me a reason to paint some of the gribblies I got in the Reaper Bones deal.
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

Due to mitigating circumstance and domestics I can't make Sundays game.
This leaves me very saddened and disappointed to have let everyone down again as well as myself. In the spirit of this thread I'd like to offer to join a game of your choice to be played with each of you this year in order to maintain a connection and bond with the group. I do dearly enjoy gaming and have been aware of trouble I've caused from cancelling games in the past and the repercussions of this. Rather than give up on gaming, getting complacent or jaded I would rather say, you have my axe.
Name the system and the game and I'll be there. I give you my word this time.
No more flakey maybes.

I wouldn't mind getting in on this, and would happily play host at Fort Spevna.

I would be honoured to visit Fort Spevna again. Are you thinking of JD and Nu Ork? Perhaps we could get some linked games in for both rulesets, make a day of it?
I now have plenty of interesting terrain to contribute.
I expect Nu Ork has the campaign angle covered. Dredd has 2 solid campaign systems. Initial games can apparently be played in 45 minutes at low level, as characters tend to be arrested, shot or rendered otherwise unable to carry on quite easily. As your gang improve things last longer, since there's an HP system which is rather D&Dish and allows them to take much more punishment. I'd love to get some of that rpg lite action on the go!

Something else I've been thinking about trying:

If anyone wants to give another WW2 system a shot, I bought Blitzkrieg Commander a bit ago, and recently realized that, hey, it's scale-agnostic and ought to work perfectly well with 15mm miniatures, giving me (and all you folks who have FoW forces) ready-made armies to use for it. Why would you want to, when you have FoW? Well, based on Warmaster, it's a bit more focused on Command and Control than FoW is, which (as you know) is something that jazzes me about game systems. Might be interesting to try sometime, anyway!
Feel free to call me Dave!

If anyone wants to play BFG that would be nice.

I'm always up for BFG. Unfortunately I have only one scratch built ship.

@ToD: I'm interested in trying Blitzkrieg Commander sometime. Tell when you want to try it.

I have some cruisers and some frigates I don't need. Maybe we can work something out.
