After 2 weeks of school vacation, I will have earned a 24hr pass i.e. I can come down to Kuwana for some gaming. I'm keen for Bolt Action, 40K or even Flames of War. Any takers? I can bring Terrain etc.

Looks amazing Rich, bring it along.
What is that a Nosferatu? Let's have a morning game.

Mike, I can do Flames or 40k. Or both? I've yet to play 7th ed.
oh wait Phil, is the 40k/fantasy ban still in place? :)

I will lift the ban this month because I didn't mention it at the top of the thread and don't won't to alienate those wanting to game (although, it is really only a general request more than a ban). Plus, I think one guy who wants to come, may only have 40K. So... it is open season this month.

@DL: cheers for lifting the 'ban' :D

@Dekana/Lovejoy/Ash: Wanna muddle through a game(s) of 7th ed.? I can bring Eldar upto any limit you like or we can can do some sort of team up if you'd prefer.

@everone else: any other takers for 40K?

Ah yeah, that would be me. It's my first time to Kuwana, and I didn't realize there was a ban on 40k / fantasy in place. But since it's lifted for now... :D

@Mike: Sure, that'd be great. I think I have enough metal boxes to put together a 2000 pt list now, but it might make for a better game if I team up with someone whose list includes some troops.

I would be up for some 40k, 2 players are good, 3 or 4 are great too. It would have to be no more than 750 realistically, probably space wolves (last chance with current codex I expect).

So, I will 1) probably bring 40k and with 2) Ash and any other takers, try the Touch of Evil horror game mentioned earlier. It comes with a (doubtless cheesy) cd soundtrack, but perhaps we dont need that!

Hmmm. This Typhoon might be a bit of a problem. Hopefully it will have passed on by tomorrow morning (and left all our Mie members unscathed).
Whatever happens I will post here early tomorrow morning as to whether I can come or not. If I can, I will be there closer to 10:00am than 9:30am.
In the meantime I will prepare a bunch of Eldar lists from 500-2000pts.
Cheers and hopefully we get to meet up tomorrow.

Hmm, here's hoping the rain doesn't come down too hard. I'll try to be there unless the event gets cancelled.

Google maps is telling me to walk from Kuwana station, about 20 minutes from the looks of it (while carrying a box of minis and in the rain). I don't suppose there's a bus that goes to Kuwana Chousha from the station?
