Re: Joshin in March
Is Joshin this Sunday (22) or the Sunday after (29)?
So many games, so little time....

29th. It's always the last Sunday with the usual exception of the December event.YellowStreak wrote:Is Joshin this Sunday (22) or the Sunday after (29)?

Assuming average rolls, 56 devourer armed gaunts spore podding into it's rear arc should do the job. (They are S4 right?)The Underdweller wrote:I'll make sure not to bring whatever my equivalent to a Greater Brass Scorpion is, too!
Yes, I have far too much free time.

Well, that is about 25 more Devilgaunts and 1 more pod than I have, so I can say most assuredly that I won't be bringing thatPrimarch wrote:Assuming average rolls, 56 devourer armed gaunts spore podding into it's rear arc should do the job. @MiketP: do you want to play BOlt Action? Aussie Mike had to pike out because of work obligations.Mike the Pike wrote:@Yellowstreak: how many points do you have/want to play?
If you want to 'set' the battle later but still use the Para rules, we could fudge the history of the battle of Primasole Bridge during the battle of Sicily in 1943. The Germans were planning to parachute in but ended up walking.
As for morning vs. afternoon, it's up to you.
@the rest of you 'orrible lot: Who else has the guts to take on my Maoris at Bolt Action?

It's only less than 2,000 Panther tanks in BA.
If I make them veteran I should have no trouble placing them on the tables at Zengo... oh, wait we are playing at Joshin aren't we.
Mike, let's play 1k on second thought.
