It sounds like it's going to be pretty crowded again so I'll wait until the 9th to play fantasy battle in Tsu again.
Primarch any chance I can buy those pirates another time, I have next to no money this month as I've just bought a flight ticket home for Summer and have wedding plans.
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

Hmm...why does that not sound good ;) OK Mike, sounds good.

@ashmie - how about Job in the afternoon? Or we could do a skirmish in the morning with the three of us, say 1000 points?
If Ashmie wants to come, I'm not opposed to the idea of making an alliance to battle the evil of the greenskins. If there is one thing that will make a dwarf in pausing in his grudge for a pointy ear, it would be to swing his axe at an ork.

Or if we time it well, I think I could fit in a game with Ashmie after a game with Kojibear.

Thanks Job i appreciate the offer. No you guys have fun I'll skip it this time and try to join Joshin in August after I get back from my trip. I'm going to spend the day painting my remaining orcs and hopefully get them up to 3000 points. If we could arrange a game for the future perhaps some of you could pair up to fight my orcs at 3000.

Primarch, I can buy those pirates at the end of July, sorry for the delay on this one.

I'd wish you would take me on in the afternoon, that way you wouldn't let Stu, down, but 'you got'ta do what you got'ta do.'
Anyway, 3k of Orks holding back before the Wood Elves and Dwarfs fight it out... it sounds like the start of the Battle of the 5 Armies, alternatively in the WFB universe. :) .... We should arrange something for your Orks in August. Something, like Dwarf steel on Ork skulls. :D

Yeah I know. I just don't have the money and time this month sorry. I can't afford to buy those pirates yet and I don't want to come along if I'm waiting to get a game in. Stu has a few players for Cutlass already so it should be ok today. It might be overcrowded again.
Thought it would be better to give folks who live nearer the event a chance to play.

I would like to give a big apology to the Gentlemen and Ladies at Joshin who I have let down the past two times with no shows at the last minute even when I had a vague plan booked. This is bad form and I will make sure I put a stop to canceling at the last minute. In the end I went to the theatre that evening with my girlfriend and my last 2000 yen. It was really worth the trip. The complete works of Shakespeare (abridged). It was in English and had Japanese subtitles. I think yesterday was the last night but they also mentioned they would do more so keep an eye out. Nameless media productions, a Nagoya group. They were very good. They have a facebook page and plan to stage Hamlet next year. It was good to see something made by foreigners for foreigners and Japanese.

From now on I'll only say I'm joining if I actually am otherwise this is unfair to others. Out of interest how many tables do you have now? If it is 3 then I guess that is 6 players per event right, possibly 12 if people play half days, although not everyone would be keen to do that. With this in mind I reckon Cutlass is the way to go. I might just join for a whole day of that next time I can make it.

Anyway, no hard feelings I hope and see you next time :)

We had 4 tables and we managed to get 2 games of cutlass in on one table easily enough.
No worries about the pirates mate. I`ll keep hold of them for the time being.

Thanks to everyone for another great day. I hope everyone who tried it enjoyed Cutlass. I hope to have even more scenery next time around to continue putting all those "lazy" WFB players to shame.
Sorry I was kind of down in the afternoon. I had a stomping headache and just wanted to curl up in a corner and die. :( I`m all better now though. I think it was just down to dehydration.
I`m looking forward to continuing the Cutlass campaign next time around.

I'm not surprised you got battle fatigue in the hot weather yesterday. I couldn't stay indoors it was too much. Did you have aircon?
