I have some last minutes updates to the event. Bad news and good news.

Starting with bad news;
I've overlooked that Morodomi-san announced on mixi that the venue opens 9 a.m. and the event begeins at 10 a.m.

I will be taking the Meitetsu train from Kanayama at 09:26 (arriving at 09:40) if anyone wants to join me.

Your train will come in time for the start of games and I've asked him to wait to do teams lottery till you arrive.
If anybody else also comes with other trains or cars, please try to arrive before 10 a.m.

Bad news for me is that I'll be late for the first game. It turned out unexpectedly that I should attend my family Sunday morning. I'll be there around 12 a.m. and join as volunteered translator/referee. I hope I can join the second game with some one who comes late.

Good news;
Morodomi-san reserves izakaya for eat, drink and talk in the evening (from 7 p.m. and supposedly till midnight).
