Job and I had a real good time playing recently.

We played a bunch of games with various casual decks of mine, and then did a 2-player (winston) draft using the aforementioned Cube. He absolutely destroyed me in draft but I still enjoyed it.

I hope we can play again soon, and if possible get a 4-player draft or multiplayer game going.

As a follow-up to that: We're getting closer.

ennui and I drafted from the Cube yesterday and he nearly wiped me out with a flying Lorescale Coatl. Filthy
Only a desperate maneuver supported by a blessing from Lady Luck rescued me from a dreadful fate.

ennui, job, Grim, gives us 3 players. If we can just find one more we can do a 4-player draft or play Commander (EDH).

It's been a while since I posted here, but finally I've started to form a small Magic group.

In Nagoya we've got about 4-5 people who meet about twice a month. We sometimes play at Mondo Books in Kamimaezu, or at one of the card shops in Osu.

In Mie it's still mainly just me and a friend in Ureshino. We'd love to add 1-2 more players.

Gotcha. Well Andy would be up for a day of Talisman and Magic. If you come down and Ash too, that would make 4. Ash would be coming in from Tsu, and you from Nagoya so that would make Yokkaichi the middle.

In a sudden turn of events, it looks like we're moving this month. That's going to mean potentially more gaming in Mie from now on, but it's tough for me to commit to anything between now and Golden Week.
