Grimjaw, good to have you back int he fold. April time any good? I've burnt my March gaming chips already.
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

Tsu. The same place we only ever half left :D
It's about 97% certain at this point that we're moving; it's just a question of when since we have some school issues to work out. Juggling a lot right now.

Thanks, bud. If the move gets pushed back to June/July/August, the House may refund a few of my March and April gaming chips.

While I still look upon any Magic related gaming with stern eyed disaproval, I have to say "huzzah and big up the Tsu gaming posse!" Good to have you back with us, Jesse. Are you going to be commuting to work or have you secured gainful employment here in the inaka?

I am almost keen to play Magic as long as I can use my old cards.

Thanks, me_, it'll be good to be back. Same job, so I'm setting up commute-survival measures right now.

Admiral, of course you can use your old cards. Actually I appreciate your restraint, hiding playsets of Black Lotus and Ancestral Recall all these years so as not to abuse us too heavily. ;)

I said earlier in this thread (but it's worth repeating) that I believe in proxying expensive cards, as long as they're clearly printed. I'd hate for anyone who came out to play to feel their games weren't winnable because they refused to invest several thousand dollars in a few scraps of cardboard.

Who would like to fight back the zombie horde with me?

If the interest is there, I can put a horde deck together for Ashmie's next event.
I'm also planning to bring commander decks and maybe a Cube to draft.

Magic is happening.

We've now got a very active group of Magic players in the Nagoya-Toyota area, playing casual, commander, and cube drafts.

There's also a smaller, intermittently active group in the Tsu-Matsusaka area of Mie.

Contact me via PM if you'd like to get involved.

*Update*

I'll have a few decks with me on Saturday at the All-Analog Gaming Weekend in Tsu, so let me know if you fancy a rumble.
