September 23rd - THE BOURBON BATTLE!!

On September 23rd there will be a Talisman marathon. A marathon??? Yes, a marathon.

And why is this event called the bourbon battlel I hear you ask?? Well Fort Spevna is in possession of a large quantity of bourbon (about 3.5 litres to be precise) and as much as possible is to be quaffed during the marathon. Mixers shall be provided also.

Here is the schedule for the day.

10.30 - Talisman marathon commences.
11.30 - First bourbon is poured (Standard pub opening hours in the UK)
12.30 - Break for lunch.
1.30 - Play resumes.
7.30ish - Down the izakaya for some beer and chicken.
Midnightish - Stagger home drunk and avoid getting hit by cars.

Entry requirement - Snacks both sweet and savoury

And we need to get a Ork vs Squat 40K game on one of these days. I can field about 500-maaaaaybe as much as 750 in Squats. The only post-RT mini would be my Basilisk. How about your Boyz? I have another half dozen or so RT Orks myself to pitch in.

Yes please mate. I'd like to attend if you don't mind. I will have a few bourbons with you but not too crazy as I'm watching the health lately. I can game until about 4 or 5 as I need to get back for Liam's bathtime. Hope that's ok.
