Another Japanese Player Group seeks a joint event in 2013

Early in this month, I joined "Bloody Christmas" massive Fantasy Battle game organized by another club team organized by Japanese players, named Beginner's Club. It is organized by some players who have been newly introduced to the hobby by our beloved Ikeda-san. Some of you met two of them in Orc-tober Fest 2012. They play almost exclusively Fantasy Battle (though some of them are interested in new games such as Black Powder) and have regular sessions in Zengo, Toyoake.
After the event, we discussed (with glasses of beer ;) ) about organizing a joint event with Nagoya Miniature Gaming Club (Japanese Joshin members) and Nagoyahammer hopefully in 2013. Some options are discussed, such as organizing a Fantasy Battle Day just before or after next NagoyaHammer in May, or talking Ikeda-san into sponsor something like Town Crier Fantasy Battle Championship around June, and so on.
I don't know the development in these three weeks, but just want to let you know and make me remember the topic.

I had planned to make it down to the Zengo event, but I was busy that day sadly.
A joint event sounds like a lot of fun. I've met a few of the new players who hang out in Town Crier and I'd be happy to help them organise anything that they would like to do. :D
Of course, they are always welcome to join any NagoyaHammer events.

To avoid any scheduling clashes, my plan for 2013:
January 5th - Winter Blitz - Mainly small scale skirmish level games, e.g. Warmachine, Malifaux, Cutlass, Mordheim, Blood Bowl etc.
February 2nd - NH:Black Powder - Napoleonic participation game. Players can bring their own units/armies or borrow some models if they just want to try the game.
May 3rd and 4th - NagoyaHammer - Day 1 is the 40K team tournament and the various contests. Day 2 is free play games of 40k, demo games of other systems and whatever anyone else tells me they want to play.
Summer - History Hammer - Any historical (or semi-historical e.g. Dust Tactics) games.
October - Orc-toberfest - WFB Tournament.

Asch I've often thought the various gaming groups could come together and make a huge gaming event and it would be famous for miles around. Good luck. Let me know if us Tsu gamers can help you in anyway, we are a little far from you but not averse to supporting any joint events put together. Good luck :)
This could totally work depending on how much people want it. It would take 2 people like yourself and Prim to hold it all together though. Plus some extra people to help you, people who you can rely on to make it work. :)

Thank you for your positive feedback and comments, guys!

Especially
@Prim,
Thank you for write down the event schedule for the next year!

I'll talk with guys from Beginner's about the topic in this weekend.
I suppose that an one-day event in a June weekend would be more convenient for those hanging around NagoyaHammer to join, because those with wives and children would run off their "ticket for Golden Week gaming" with two days of NagoyaHammer.
In addition, I will be very busy in this March and April because I've taken my responsibility to give paper presentation in a academic conference in May (just after the next NagoyaHammer :!: ). Because of these conditions, my tentative proposal to groups in Nagoya is a weekend Warhammer Fantasy joint event in June or July.
