Warmahordes June 23 Kuwana
Hi all,
Just thought I would let everyone know that there is a Warmahordes gathering June 23rd if anyone is interested. So far, we have about 6 to 8 people coming. So if your are interested come on down. Warmahordes will be the main thing but some card/board games would be cool too. No 40K or FB though.
The venue is in Kuwana at the Kuwana Chousha. I can give details if you are interested just respond here or PM me.

What time do the doors open? Me and Stooge-san are talking about getting in a Gorkamorka game. Anyone else feel the need to release their inner Ork?

Doors open at 9:30. And closing time is 10pm or whenever people want to finish up.
Gorka Morka sounds awesome. I never played when it came out, but I would like to watch a game. Would you rate it higher than Necromunda and Mordheim?

I'd rate it louder and Orkier.....does that mean higher? It is truly silly. The rules are really convoluted "Roll a d6, then another d6, then another d6 then another d6 and .....nothing happens. " or, "Roll a d6 and ...BOOM!" It's more of a means to randomly generate entertainingly, Orky, vehicular mayhem than a tactical miniatures wargame. Stick tongue firmly in cheek, the gas pedal firmly on the floor and go! go! GO!Dungeon Lord wrote:Doors open at 9:30. And closing time is 10pm or whenever people want to finish up.

Thanks for hosting this, the 3 games I got in today helped me to get the gaming fix I missed with no Joshin last month!
I learned that apparently every other female Warmachine player that people know also plays Menoth. I also play Tyranids and I have heard Lizardmen are a girly army too, so apparently I am in agreement with the majority of my sister wargamers! Although I have yet to hear of another female Tau player.

Thanks for coming! It was a food day of gaming.
Hehehe. It does seem that armies and factions choose the player rather than the other way around.

Me and Stooge had a revvin', roarin', crash and burnin' great time playing Gorkamorka. Thanks for hosting and putting up with us making engine noises at the top of our lungs.

My pleasure. I wish I could have watched more of Gorka Morka.
On an off-note, how did my iPhone interpret whatever typo I made to make "fun" into "food"? Weird.
