Suggestion for Shifting Regular Nagoya MG Club to 3rd Sun.

I am writing to inform you that Japanese members of Nagoya Miniature Gaming Club start discussing about shifting Regular Gathering from last Sunday to 3rd Sunday of each month.
These days, it is hard to find an appropriate venue in central Nagoya on last Sundays; so, it often happened in Kariya and once on last Saturday. On 3rd Sundays, we have fewer competitors for venues like E-ble Naogya (Josei Centa) at Higashi-Betsuin and we will be able to find a venue in central Nagoya on rather regular basis.

If you have any thought on this shift, please let me know. I will relay it to mixi.jp forum where we are discussing.
I already know Kariya is convenient for some of you (like MtP ) If there will be much conflict with your working duties or other regular gathering for gaming or hobbies on 3rd Sundays, it is helpful to know such issues during our discussion.

For me, any regular sunday is fine because it's easier to plan for. I think the last three events last year were on days when I had already made other plans. If the 3rd Sunday is easier to book, then I will make sure I leave those days free on my calendar.

Yeah, any Sunday is fine for me as long as I have about a month's warning as to when it will be.

The 3rd Sunday at every month are no problem for me unless I will have local community job.

As above, a regular day is easiest, so 3rd sunday is fine by me.

Any regular Sunday is okay. 3rd Sunday may even be more convenient as it is further away from the critical end of the month. The important point is regular scheduling as I have to submit a schedule proposal by the 15thnof each month.

I posted summary so far to mixi.jp forum: Any Sunday is fine, as long as it is reliably predictable.
So, I voted YES (along with your preference) for the shift, as it would be easier to book venues and schedule would be more reliable.

I also vote for any regular Sunday. It doesn't matter if it is in Nagoya, I just want to get some regular gaming in.

Looks like there is already a general consensus, but anyway, I will add my name to the list. Any consistent Sunday of the month is good for me.

Settled. Feb gathering will happen on the last Sunday.
From March and on, we will book them (try to book them more correctly), on 3rd Sundays.
