I have the 3rd edition cards for my Guild crews, so lets try the new version.

I'll bring a mat and a little terrain.

Hmm, looking at my baggage, and what with bringing AT, I think I'll just be bringing Kill Team for skirmishing tomorrow.

Also, @Grantholemeu, if you're in the market for a 3x3 mat appropriate for Malifaux, I can give you one.
Feel free to call me Dave!

Thanks to Grantholomeu and Karantu for the games today and to everyone else for the friendly chatter.
Have a good Christmas/New Year, I'm looking forward to gaming with you all in 2020.

Thanks for the games everyone! Lots of fun, even the ones that went pear shaped 😂

Reqlly happy with the throughput - two skirmish games in the morning and a full 40k game in the afternoon, that's a pretty good way to spend a day.

Seems like the doubles format should be fine time wise too if the mission and terrain setup is streamlined enough.

Thanks for the games guys.

I got to try out a 2on2 40k game with one of the new missions from Chapter Approved and I think it worked alright. Hopefully with everything like lists, tables, and missions being prepped beforehand things should go a lot more smoothly.

The Battletech game was pretty interesting too. The turn one head shot on my heaviest Mech was a total curve ball but I think that's the whole point of games like that. I look forward to playing more Battletech in the future too. Also it's going to serve as some pretty good inspiration for the game that I'm making.

Anyway, I hope to see everyone next year. Since I mostly played Alpha Legion this year I'm probably going back to my main army next year. I hope you're all prepared for the return of the Tau!

Thank you for a great day!

3 games and home for dinner. That's a good Sunday.

Thanks to Underdweller, Granthelemeu and Jye. KT was quite easy to play and I’ll consider investing into in the future. The team game was good fun.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Thanks to Karantu for lending me the I.G (sorry, I still call them Imperial Guard) codex and demonstrating how sadly out of practice I am at 40K.
"Huh? You can charge after deep-striking? Oh, right, right, been 8th edition for 3 years or so now......"
I think whoever I team up with for Naghammer should get an extra 100 pts just to offset being handicapped with me. Have to tidy up my list and sort out my figures and give it another go.
And thanks Prim for the Necron head. It just fits my ScaryDiggaBoss perfectly. Can't wait to get back to work on her.
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

Same goes for me, I'm afraid! Hopefully I'll get another game or two before May to try out some different lists and see what works for me. Something with as few extra rules as possible would probably be best.

Anyway, it was lots of fun, so thanks for the games, Job, Jye and Granthelemeu.
