September Games Day: 9/26 at e-able Nagoya

Post by The Other Dave » Sun Aug 22, 2021 9:41 pm

Hi all!

The Nagoya Miniature Games Club game day in August will be on Sunday the 22nd, at e-able Nagoya, near Higashi-betsuin - we'll have the room from 9 til 4. As usual, it's 500 yen if you play any games, free if you just want to drop by and say hi and look around! At the time of posting, Covid numbers are still only going up, but fingers crossed for more people being able to make it / the venue not being closed.

I shouldn't have work that weekend, so I'll be there, with 40K and Kill Team in tow, ready for either or (preferably) both!
Feel free to call me Dave!

Despite my confidence earlier, I'll only have a single vaccination by the 26th so I'll be giri giri for it. If I can make it though I'll have 40k/Kill Team for sure and maybe Stormcast finally for AOS?

I *really* want to play Flood Tide on Fathom but if I can't make it we can just play that in phase 3 alongside its own special mission.

So, as I mentioned in the KT thread, I’ll also have along a couple kill teams to lend out if anyone wants a go (probably marines and nids, as my guard collection is really limited, so the team is sub-optimal in a possibly fun-limiting way), with handy printouts of rules as is my wont. But it looks like everyone who’s interested is buying in so it’ll probably just be options for me to use.

I'll definitely be there.

I'll have my usual 40k stuff, but I'm also very keen to play the new Killteam as well if anyone else is interested.

It is going to be a game day decision but at this time it looks like I am not going to make game day. Which will make it 3 missed game days this year. OUCH! I need my gaming fix.

Hey guys, it's been a while since I've been to one of these but I can make it this month and I'd be able to bring upwards if 1500 points of Space Wolves for some 40K and I'd be willing to play some kill team too (although I've never played it before). I could make some kill teams from my space marines but if I get them painted I might have enough Orks for a kill team too.
