Sure, sounds good. Bring on your pigs!Grantholomeu wrote: ↑Fri Oct 08, 2021 1:26 pmMy starter box comes in at 31pts, so why don't we do a 35pt game and I'll sit on 4 soulstones. The Underdweller wrote: ↑Fri Oct 08, 2021 3:10 amNo problem; a small game is probably best, to get the hang of the rules again.Grantholomeu wrote: ↑Thu Oct 07, 2021 12:57 pmThat is also the last time I played
I have some more models in the mail, but they might not be in on time, so I might be running the exact same starter box for Oct. but will be more adaptable in Nov.

Thanks for the games folks! That was a lot of fun, even if it was mostly me getting richly deserved comeuppance
(Make no mistake, Balloonacorn would have won our game too if it wasn't his first game of Kill Team - he just needed to go a bit harder on objectives on top of killing 90% of the Orks! Grey Knights are not messing around)
How did the Malifaux go? I didn't get the chance to pop over and have a stickybeak

Thanks for the games everyone. Despite not winning any, both were very enjoyable.
Malifaux was fun, albeit a little slow since The Underdweller and I were both re-remembering the rules.
My new pigs attempted to be delivered today while we were playing.
Welp, they'll be ready next month.

It sounds like the pigs got delivered pretty quickly then, though not quickly enough! Thanks for walking through the game with me. Hopefully we have got the basics more or less figured out again, and can play a bit more quickly next time.Grantholomeu wrote: ↑Sun Oct 17, 2021 9:08 amThanks for the games everyone. Also thanks to ToD for letting me try out his board game of fungal servitude. I would play it again.

Yeah, if anyone else is interested in getting Malifaux models, mine are coming from Miniature Market. It's like 20usd shipping, but the prices are good otherwise, so if you want to get several boxes the price is better than anything I could find locally. Japanese mark-ups are real.

Seeing that all the cards are in the app and all the rules are online did make me about 250% more interested in actually dipping my toes back into Malifaux, I have to admit! I've got, apparently, something like 70 points altogether, so either 35 or 50 point games should be extremely doable.
Thanks to everyone who tried Unsettled! It's a neat game, if a bit complex and very hard. I may bring it along again some time.

Thank you for the game Jye. Thank you fro the conversation everyone, and thank you to the plastic-crack gods for not breaking any of my models this week.
