I was planning on Custodes but on October 30th I need to run something spookier surely.

That's got to be Craftworlds - Wraiths, Banshees, an Avatar born from horrific sacrifice...and most fearsome of all...clowns.

(Loyalist Emperor's Children count as back from the dead so in theme for sure)

Ah! Stuff got switched around and turns out I won't be making it. Well, any day can be Halloween if you put in a little effort. We'll spread the terror in November.

I've settled on a 100PL Craftworlds list (with as many extra Wraith things as I had painted and my Crusade had room for), and 50PL of Loyalist Emperor's Children (Black Templars rules). Looking to play 40K all day and ideally getting some Tempest of War in as I still haven't used my deck yet!

Thanks for the games today folks! The Avatar proved a bit good in casual play but honestly my strongest ally was failed charge dice on the other side of the table, a little bit better luck for folks at the right time and things would have been very different.

Regardless of the malice of the hateful little cubes though, it was a great day with great company, looking forward to seeing you all again next time!

Thanks to jus for a fun game of Epic 30K! I suspected that a knights army would be a tough nut to crack (as it is in 40K), but I'm glad you had fun anyway.
