Game System preference for Mie rpg festival (players)
Game System preference for Mie rpg festival (players)
Dear fellow gamers,
This is just a final call for players for March 5th and 6th in Tsu. I'll give the GMs the final numbers for their games this weekend so please reply before Friday to confirm if you will be attending.
So far in terms of definite numbers it's looking like this.
Saturday 5th: Dark Heresy, GM: Stuart
Players: Ash, Egor, Jus
Shadowrun, GM: Jesse
Players: Paul, Rich, Aaron
Leslie and Andy will be joining from late afternoon/early evening so they can either join existing games if they haven't finished or I will run Call of Cthulhu for the late comers and any players from games that may have finished.
Sunday 6th: Dungeons and Dragons, GM: Jon
Players: Egor, Jus, Andy, Mustapha
Dogs in the Vineyard, GM: Dave
Players: Leslie, Rich, Ash, Paul
Once again there may be some late comers who can either join existing games or from late afternoon early evening I will run Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay.
Please remember to bring something fro the bring and barter to exchange or enter in the lucky dip.
Please join from 10 or 10:30 if you can. It's early but we are right at the Tsu station so it's easy to find. UST building 4th floor room 3.
Provisionally we will run until 8pm for rpgs but you are welcome to stay longer if you need. It's also OK to join for a couple of hours if you can't commit to the whole day/weekend. New players also welcome so invite your mates. Come along and see what all the fuss about RPG is.
Look forward to seeing you there, it's should be a good couple of days.
Gambarre,
Ash.

That's great Admiral, no problem with those times, we will be playing until 8.
Sure the Games masters are
Primarch for Dark Heresy
The Other Dave for Dogs in the Vineyard
Me or The Fop for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay
Lovejoy for Call of Cthulhu
Grim Ironjaw for Shadowrun
and Jon from Ise Nakagawa for Dungeons and Dragons

It's most likely you will be playing Dungeons and Dragons or WFRP if you join on the Sunday. We may have Cthulhu both days though.

Great. In that case I will run WFRP that day. I have an old Carl Sargent and Rick Priestley scenario I can use.
It's looking like Saturday is going to be Sci fi rpg and Sunday fantasy.
In a worse case scenario where we don't have enough players for the Saturday (I'm working on it) we could move the event to Sunday only. I would only do that as a last resort as I know Primarch and Grim Ironjaw are preparing their sci fi scenarios. Guys if that happened would you be happy to run it on Sunday or just join as players? I'm hoping to get enough people for two days but in the case Sunday is the preferred day it would have to be rescheduled.

Well, I'm still holding out for players (especially as I've just invested in the supposedly streamlined 4ed rules...)ashmie wrote: In a worse case scenario where we don't have enough players for the Saturday (I'm working on it) we could move the event to Sunday only. But if the interest just isn't there, I'll try to join Jon's DnD on Sunday.
