I've already sent one mail regarding this but here are some more details of the event.

I will be running a Cthulhu convention for Halloween this year.
Important note: different location in Tsu to this years Tsu rpg festival. 10 minutes from station. Take a bus to Mie kaikan and get off at Centre Palace. Or it's possible to walk.

October 30th Sunday from 10am until 8pm.

500 yen

Players can expect to play two to three games if attending the whole day and there will be a Lovecraftian Halloween quiz with prizes at 2 o clock.

Running order.

10:00 am: Sign up for games

10:30 am - 1:00 pm Call of Cthulu: Keeper Ash

Investigators: 5 taken, 1 still available.

1:00pm - 2:00pm: Lunch at San Marco spaghetti restaurant or bring bento.

2:00pm - 2:30pm: The Halloween/Lovecraftian quiz. 5 prizes up for grabs.

2:30pm - 6:00pm: Trail of Cthulu: Keeper Ennui (Matt).
Investigators: 2 taken 4 available.

2:30pm - 6:00pm: Call of Cthulu: Keeper: Paul
Investigators: 3 taken 2 slots available.

5 or 6:00 pm - close: Arkham Horror boardgame

During these times boardgames and a Mordheim table will be set up for folks who want to play something lighter.

Come along if you can or recommend this to someone you know who lives in Japan and likes rpg and Lovecraft. All games are in English this time but Japanese players are welcome. Already some players are Japanese who want to try rpg in English.

Hotel accommodation can be found at Tsu station either at Dormy Inn (best value) or The Green Hotel.

Probably the member of this forum who uses the user name Kaz.

I'm more than willing to give it a go. I've also got a few spooky games here I could run as well, if player demand outstrips supply.

Kazuyuki is one of the players who joined Hunters Moon on the Sunday.

It's a wee bit early to say for certain, but I'd like to be in on this.

This is likely to change so I will just update here when it does rather than starting loads of posts again.
