@Konrad, Dave and Andrew - lovely work, gents, and a nice variety to it, too. Slambo, historic chap, big stompy robot, and a spess mareen. Job's a good un, and no mistake
As for me, I've actually been puttering away on my orcs for Underworlds, and one of em is nearly finished. The others are on their way, but there's not enough done to show off, really. I shall endeavour to finish them in a sensible time frame. I'm feeling reasonably motivated, which makes a nice change

Everyone's work is looking awesome but I especially love to see those Space Wolves
Re: What did you do today.
Great looking work guys.
I have a few minis I finished up in December:
5 Dwarves.

and 8 Necrons.

And for January so far:
A Custodes.

4 Goliaths.

And 1 very old Goliath.

And here is a side by side of the old and new minis.

Re: What did you do today.
@Prim- Custodes would be so fun to paint. The blingiest, baroque-iest, bling-meisters in the 40K universe. Morrre gold! And those big, blunt, 10-ton looking jet bikes are boss. Like Grey Knights back in the day. 12 figures and a Landraider a Dread and boom, 2000 points in a shoebox.
@ the mad Spaniard, loot those toys!
And now for something completely different, no dinosaurs, no half-nekkid road warriors, no space Xorn, just good old fashioned Redcoats. God save the King. Still need to finish the flag bearer.

And whoever did these, they really can't sculpt hands. I think my buddy who I'm painting these for said they are Perrys. Surprise, that. That and there are lots of missed buttons and things. For example, the left side trim on the back of the drummer was missing, so I added that. I did go in and fix up some of the worst offenders. I suppose if your target audience are near-sighted old men who are going to paint up a couple hundred of these things, getting every detail perfect is not a priority.

...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

@Miguelsan - Nice ATV, probably a fair bit cheaper than the FW version I'd guess?
@Konrad - Those look great. I know some of the older Perrys figures suffer from worn out molds, which leads to a lot of dodgy castings, but I think the AWI stuff is relatively new.
I finished up some Sengoku-jidai figures.
Some monks. The robes were painted with contrast to speed things along.

And a ronin and a ninja. The Ninja is 95% contrast black.

AGP that flag and those Space Wolves. Looking classic mate. Well done.
Great work everyone. All looking really good.
My niece chose a mini and decided to paint up this Stone Golum like a Space Golum.
The Spear Ashigaru have their work cut out.
