About DPS on ebay?

Post by kojibear » Sun Oct 17, 2010 3:06 am

Hi guys,

I was browsing through eBay and saw some minis painted by this company - DPS or Dragon Painting Service.

Has anyone ever used or heard about them?

Can't help mate, sorry.

But I did find these;

and

Seems to be both good and bad feedback.

I'm wary of any internet company that gets more than one or two bad comments on forums, as I have had horrible problems in the past (not with painting companies, but with regular online miniature shops.) I'd advise caution. Maybe try one or two minis before you buy an army off them.

Also, what about painting them yourself? I know some folk dont enjoy it, but I'd much rather have an army poorly painted by me than an army beautifully painted by someone else. There's a great sense of satisfaction to be had in fielding an army youve collected and painted yourself. Simply winning games isnt really the point. It's the hobby side of things that keeps you interested.
current (2019) hobby interests
eh, y'know. Stuff, and things

Wow. And then Corona happened. Just....crickets, all the way through to 2023...
