That looks great, Matt, awesome work as always. I look forward to getting blown up by it shortly after you insist it won't do anything

A Reaper Bones from the original kick-starter. The plan was to have it done around Halloween...... been doing jack-all hobby-wise.

This whatchamacalit is from the Pantheon of Chaos series. Some serious weird, Oldhammer mojo at work here. I sculpted the base (not as sharp as I'd like but okay). Any ideas on what color? I'm thinking gold armor, and try a bit of NMM or MNMM or one of those nmnmnmns but not sure about the slashed trouser legs. Certainly alternating colors but have not made up my mind on red and white, or red and black or more purple and ......

I feel like I've fought one of those in Dark Souls
. Nice work on the spider too!

For my part Dependent Origination stumbled over the line to table-ready today. One more to go!
Edit: if I achieve nothing else in this silly game I wish to use that fist weapon to throw a tank at another tank.

And there it is and pretty happy with the final result. The antique-bronze works pretty well with this over-the-top-gothic-oldhammer armor. I used green wash with a touch of purple ink to tie in to the colors on the base. The heavier silver on the feet and shins is there for the same reason and I wish now that I had taken more time to work a bit more of that in the rest of the figure. Anyhow, a delightful, odd figure that has been bare for far too long.

Finally got this carousel put together. It had a LOT of parts, but I'm happy how it ended up being appropriately to scale.
I'm gonna have to try and paint it with thinned down paints so the design-y lines show through.

Isn't it though?
The webs are just a liberal squirt of super glue then set a wad of "cotton" (sure it's some sort of polyester) on it for a bit. The stuff I used comes in thin rectangles, make-up removal wipes I think. Blob some more glue on the other branches and slowly pull it across. The cotton will naturally pull into thin bits. The tricky bit is not gluing cotton to your finger tips.

OK! Today I went into town bought a razor saw (so I can assemble the orcs from Harrowdeep - grumble grumble birdcage guy grumble - and paint them after I finish up Jye's Thunderhawk later this week) and some Vallejo grime effects so I can go all in on my Mordaxis titans when I paint them too. Still generally in "media consumption mode" rather than "painting mode" but it's at least a step in the right direction.
Feel free to call me Dave!
