Cheers mate :)

Yeah, it's a fan made add on for Necromunda. It extends the game to include factions from various races and takes the game out of the hive too.

Had great fun playing against Konrad (once) and can't wait to get in another game.

Do you have a link? What rules changes do they make?

I've thought of doing the same thing, simply using the 2nd edition 40k codexes. They (and the little black booklet) cover everything I'd want to use anyway. :)

There is a forum as well but it is pretty quiet.

Here are the Anarchists with their mysterious leader;

Image

The basic idea in my mind is that they are all a bunch of miscreants and ne'er do wells who had been earmarked as future servitors (thats why they have shaved heads, collars, and cranial straps/implants) but they managed to escape.

While on the run from the authorities they encountered a brilliant but oddly dressed wyrd who taught them that that the system is corrupt, the Imperium does not deserve anyone's loyalty, and that a revolution is needed. The Anarchists were born!

Oddly dressed bloke in bright colourful costume with physic powers preaching change. Hmmmm, sounds a little Tzentchy if you ask me. Might be time for the Ordo to have a look....

The invasion of a Tau sept world didn't go according to plan. Thx for a lesson in not bringing terrain Tanya. I thought I'd try out something new with my new chaos army; losing. Lol. No terrain with a close combat army against a shooty one is pure suicide. And it was. Khorne thanks the Tau for the blood offering.

On a better note, I was able to settle the debt owed to me by ikeda. Got my money and an apology. Enough said.

Today I partook of a spiffing game of Relic at chez Spevna. Many thanks to our gracious host, sir Spev of clan Na, and to my partners in treasure hunting Konrad and BDG. Much fun was had by all, with the final prize (after about 8 and a half hours of gaming) going to the mighty Konrad and his devout sister of battle. Just goes to show that the wages of sin are a weaponised arm and a trip to the infirmary  I was so close! Stoopid Khorne and his big nasty castle o death

We also finished the bourbon, which means that the end of an era is upon us. No more Bourbon Bashes! This would normally make me sad, but I hear tell of a new age upon the horizon. The age of...the Rum Rumble...

Many thanks to all for a great day out. *raises glass in salute*

And let me add my thanks to the host with the most. Relic is a nice game. If you've played Talisman, it's pretty easy to figure out. Wages of SIN! One of the game mechanics in Relic is Corruption Cards. Your character collects over the course of the game. Get too many and you die. But before you die, the corruption cards can give you bonuses. So these guys are like, every chance they get....ooooooooh, I'll take a Corruption Card! The path to damnation is paved with sexy, weaponized arms sinner! Repent! Repent!

We also used the Anthony Case "Community Edition" Necro rules. Fully 150% better than the original, in my humble opinion. Well, worth a look.
I made a standard nickle Goliath gang, vs the Spevna's Ork Freebooterz. I'm not sure how the Inquisimunda stuff will work campaign. I doubt it has been rigorously play tested and balanced.

Spevna, the doctor said 1 bottle maximum? ;)

Didn't do much this weekend (except playing ME3 online and watching the Kick ass blu-ray)
Finished my KV-1 1/48 scale tank for bolt action and maybe Dust warfare, primed it black, but couldn't get money from the bank this weekend, so will get some dark green paint today.
Also have put all bolt actions germans together except the arms and weapons, they will be ready for Jigg kansai but no paint yet.

Oh and i received Dust Tactics from Amazon, good stuff!

Thanks for the game, PV! I think you are being a bit overly pessimistic - the terrain was certainly in my favour but you had a lot of high strength vehicles which were a bit hard to get though without my old Railgun Broadsides - not that I'm complaining about the new Broadside loadout!

But with the more valuable objectives mostly in the one area, and you having a fair number of troops left and generating more, I think you had a good chance of winning still. Anyway it was fun, glad we could finally get together for a rematch!
