:D You know, a space marine helmet looks a LOT like a Storm Trooper - hmm I'm surprised Lucas didn't send in his team of Rancor Lawyers into GW back then!

Now wouldn't that be some fun, have the Death Star Sith Lord Super Star Destroyer legal department that Lucasfilm could unleash on the galaxy smack some "let's see if any of this sticks" copyright litigation on GW.

You say that jokingly but I did once see a picture where this guy had put picture of early space marines and other GW images alongside some contemporary sci fi images, among them SW stormtroopers. To say there were glaring similarities would be an understatement. Can't seem to bloody find it now.

Mind you if Lucas went after GW he might get a few calls himself. The estate of Akira Kurosawa for one. The World War One Former German Stormtroopers Association for another. Followed by everyone who has ever written a story about an unlikely hero thrust into a titanic battle between good and evil... :D

Well, yes. I was being silly. I saw the only chance I would ever have to use, "Death Star Sith Lord Super Star Destroyer legal department " in a sentence and I took it.
