One last bit of Darkest Dungeon for a bit, the Countess (the main boss of the Crimson Court zone). It's a neat model! From the front...

She looks kind of sinister, what with the blood, but still like a lady in a dress. But from the side...

I just have one alternate sculpt to paint to finish up the set, and I've got it all primed and preshaded, but may put it aside a bit because I'm not too jazzed about painting it. I do have some underworlds warbands all primed up, though, so the train will probably keep running!

Nice! Same here - I painted up some gerblins. Gaboblins. Gorblins. Grody little dudes absolutely out of their gourds on mushrooms.

It'll be a few months 'til they roll around on the play schedule though. I had fun experimenting with the metals here - I think the grimy high-texture finish worked out OK, with the possible exception of the leader's axe blade.

@ToD & Jye - Cool minis. Underworlds has some nice figures. Incidentally, I picked up that Vampire 4-some and have the cards (in Japanese), if anybody wants them? They are of no use to me.

Today I finished up some more of my Novamarines. In this case, a squad of scouts. You may notice that their armour isn't in the standard quartered style of the chapter. I wanted to make these guys look a little different and indicate that they are still in training. Once they finish their time as scouts, they will earn the right to the chapter's full livery.

I think I need to go back and correct some of the eyes a little.
With this lot out of the way, I just have the heavy support elements to do; a devastator squad and a predator.

My newest box of knights for AT/LI arrived the other day (epic being delayed freed up some hobby money to spend on some knights - castigators and acherons - that are not great in AT but will hopefully be quite good in LI), so I've been prepping them and making their bases - they'll probably take a little bit more time to finish up than a typical Underworlds warband.
