*shrug* well, fair do's if you don't like people messing with The Holmes. Personally, while I'm generally not a fan of steampunk in particular, I think the sculpts are very well done. The paint jobs are also very good, altho I see your point about the straight scratches. A bit more tearing might have been better. As for the eeeeevil holmes, yeah, not the most original, but at least better than a straight up "this is not-holmes" mini. To each their own.
on which note: what don't you like about the sculpts, badruck? Is it something aesthetic or technical? To me, regardless of how I feel about steampunk, they look very appropriate to the genre, and seem technically excellent. I appreciate you don't want to say negative things, but if nobody says negative things about art then art never gets better. Constructive criticism (done properly) is almost always negative - praise rarely teaches you anything. This is not to say that most negative comments are constructive criticism, but most constructive criticism is negative comments.
