Painting Vikings and Saxons
Re: Painting Vikings and Saxons
A few more Vikings. Got the rest of them puttied and primed and can take a more "assembly line" approach from now on. Spent a lovely morning drybrushing chainmail. Have not done that in years.

And crusty grognard of the month award goes to the first grognard who can name the figure on the left. Ashmie and Lovejoy don't count.

Re: Painting Vikings and Saxons
More Vikings. I made sure some are filthy for Prim.
Love the Ygritte twins. Lovely sculpts.
Some odds and ends
And a bit of freehand. I am pretty rusty and this hot weather is not helping. I'm going to do some more. The shield designs on the transfers are so detailed, they will look really out of place if I don't fancy a few up.
Been working a little bit on the Diggachicks too. Trying some new putty. Once the Vikings are done, I'll go back and get some heads (and clothes) on them.

Great stuff Konrad!
Dirty? Nothing a quick dip in the sea won't fix. Unless you are talking about fighting dirty.

Latest Viking report. Getting down to the final details. Trying some designs on the cloaks here and there. Mostly it's practice for the Warlord's cape. Got to add the shields and banners and flock 'em and they'll be ready to raid and pillage.
