I will update this as I find new stuff but to get the ball rolling, here are a few sites that have free paper models, templates, terrain etc;

Wow, I have made a few pieces of paper terrain before but that looks really really difficult. Good luck, and please post some pictures when you're done. I would love to see the finished model.

I've got a load of WorldWorks stuff but I am too cheap to pay for all the printer ink ;)
