My feelings on this are mixed, but foremost amongst them is:

If youre going to blatantly infringe on someone's IP, risk having your business shut down, and certainly piss a lot of people off, you'd think you would at least do a nice sculpt. Sadly, this one is just not doing it for me. Far too simple, the dynamic is waaaay off (looks like she's goose stepping), and even getting Angel Giraldez to paint it doesnt make me want to buy it. Sorry CS - fail on this one.

On the other hand, this, I really want to buy.

Why is that, I wonder?

Well, all I can say is that the judge had better rule in his favour or he is simply digging his grave deeper and deeper.

The pose is kinda meh and it doesn't really offer anything beyond the current farseer kits. I can understand wanting to fill the demand for the Doom of Malantai or something, but seriously this farseer isn't really needed and is skirting closer and closer to just making a mould of a GW model and copying it.

Soda Pop do make awesome looking mechs though.

I have in the past supported what Chapter House have produced. Making stuff to add to GW stuff seemed fair game to me.

This however is stepping over the line. To me it looks like nothing more than a rip off of pr existing GW stuff. It is an Eldar bloke with funny looking ears.

I expect a world of hurt from this.

Let me add another, "What's the point?" Is it like, waaay cheaper? It would have to be, because it is 2nd rate anyway you look at it.

Maybe they are just trying to sell to people who are not buying gw out of spite.

Its actually $1.50 more than GW's standard Farseers.

CHS make a big deal about the fact that it's a female farseer.

If you have ever wanted a female HQ model for your Eldar army, this may be your lucky day

Though to be honest I dont really care.

I didn't catch that it was supposed to be female. And like there is any honest difference. I mean, elves.........
