To really get an authentic MtG experience, you'll have to pay to download each episode which will contain a set of random clips (some of which you've seen before), before heading over to a third party site to pay four times the netflix price to get those last two or three clips you hadn't seen yet.
Seriously though, that seems like a cool way to do it and a lot of big names on board. Netflix have been doing well with their various shows, so I'm sure I'll enjoy binge watching this as and when it is released.
