*sigh* the conditions set just completely ruined what I had planned for Nagoyahammer. no buddying up or preparation time can change that. I'm super bummed

@voss: None of Prim's conditions are particularly wierd. I mean, 1500pts is standard game size, and altho "no FW" is a bit crimpy, I cant think of an army that relies entirely upon FW models to the extent that you cant play without them. In fact, the only thing you cant use FW in is the tourney, and there are alternative things that can be done on that day if youre that attached to your FW models. Likewise, he's made allowances for people that dont have 1500pts of minis on both days. What's stopping you from coming? It strikes me as a bit premature to go making a kunnin plan before the event rules are even announced, and if your army was going to be that unusual, why didnt you mention it to Prim before he set the conditions?

That just seems like a bad idea all round. The 500 point tag team games, fine, but a tournament may be the wrong environment to encourage her to play games in.
