Maybe I missed it or everybody already knows the points value. But... How many points is it?

Ok, fixed that in the rules section, but here is your answer anyway.
You can field 1500 points of scratch built, Forge World, Mega-Plague Chinork-pods.
Or you can field 1500 points of real models if you like.
Sorry for the confusion.

Do spawn count as fast attack for the 1 point for composition?
Re: O-Bomb 2010
Sorry Stu, I'll be stateside (thank god). Good luck, have fun, burn worlds in your bootsteps.

Re: O-Bomb 2010
Cool. Just wanted to check because they don't take up a slot. Just wanted a chance to get that extra point seeing that I won't be buying any more minis until the ones I have are painted and I don't have any fast attack except spawn.

May I also add that I like the idea of encouraging balanced forces, but at the same time not making it compulsory. Nice work Primarch.
NOTE: I didn't read the whole discussion on what should be allowed but it could have come from that. In which case. Nice team work boys.

Re: O-Bomb 2010
Mike the Pike is now 90% sure he will attend. I do have one or two conditions though.
1) I only want easy games against NooBs that I am assured of tabling.
2) The Admiral must speak English or Japanese and not Orkish during the whole event.
