Yeah the religious festival thing wasn't really the issue for me either considering the point religious holidays don't really mean a lot these days for many people. I know I originally said it was but really it was the fact that the event was called O BOMB and was held during the Hiroshima memorial that got to me. To be honest it was me who found it to be in bad taste.
From that standpoint perhaps I shouldn't be playing these kind of wargames at all if I feel that way. Sorry for the whinging and thank you for changing the name as I feel a lot more comfortable inviting Japanese players now and attending the event myself.

Looking forward to it lads. It will be great. Already quite a few people are attending.

Just so that no-one is suprised by this....

A certain Ork player (name removed by order of the Inquisition) asked if he could use the Imperial Armour 8 Ork Mekboy list for the tournament.

Since I said that FW models were ok for the event, I said ok, but he HAD to bring a fully printed version of the army rules and be ready to explain it to any opponents.

At this stage, I would also like to remind everyone that they HAVE to bring a printed version of their armylist with them and let their opponents read it. Writing your list on a scrap of paper before the game will not cut it. You dont have to use Army builder, but if you bring a handwritten list with you, you will be docked 1 point from your final score.
